Reprogram your DNA Change your world.

"A sound mind makes for a robust body, but runaway emotions corrode the bones."
Proverbs 14:30 (The Message translation)

After 35 years of studying health and medicine, I have discovered that nothing affects our health more than our feelings and emotions. We often don't notice these negative feelings until they are triggered by circumstances. But did you ever consider that the feelings and bad reactions were trapped inside your body before the bad circumstances occurred?

These negative emotions are like the thorns that choke out the good seed in the Parable of the Sower. In order to see healing and breakthrough in every area of our lives, our hearts need to be transformed to believe God. We are double-minded in our heart because of these trapped emotions. Once we are single minded, we will have faith for the impossible.

I have seen more people healed by praying the "prayer of transformation" included in this article and replacing negative thoughts and emotions with the truth of God's Word than anything else in 40 years of walking in the miraculous. The Prayer of Transformation.pdf
Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 10: 4-5 how to deal with the destructive thoughts and feelings that come to us as a result of hearing or believing things that are not true. In verse 4 he says "the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds." The word "weapons" could just as well have been translated as "tools." Paul says these "tools" are not based on the flesh, but they are mighty for the pulling down of strongholds.

These are not demonic strongholds. They are intellectual, cultural and religious strongholds. They are philosophical structures. And Paul says in verse 5 that with these tools, he's going to cast "down arguments [King James says 'imaginations'] and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of [Messiah]."

Bringing something captive to the obedience of Messiah means I'm going to make a determination: Does this argument or imagination or doctrine really line up with what Messiah accomplished through  His obedience? If it doesn't, then I've got to totally reject it.

All of our destructive behavior is driven by some destructive feeling. The problem is, we either haven't understood how detrimental that feeling is.

There is a Biblical principle that says "every seed bears after its own kind." If a negative feeling or thought drives me to speak words or take certain actions, the outcome of those actions will produce more of the negative feelings that started the whole process.

We can't be driven by negative feelings and expect to have healthy, positive outcomes. For example, many times we're moved by fear and we try to tell ourselves it's faith. We waver from one opinion to another because we don't keep our thoughts and feelings in harmony with the promises of God.

• Prayers & Proclamations •

Introduction
God had commissioned Moses to deliver Israel out of their slavery in Egypt, but Moses felt he was not equipped for the task.

"What is that in your hand?" God asked.

"A rod," Moses replied. He saw no special significance in it.

God proceeded to demonstrate to him the miraculous potential in that seemingly insignificant rod - and Moses actually fled in terror from his own rod! But when God showed him how to use the rod as an instrument of divine authority, it was all he needed to fulfill his task.

With that rod Moses defeated the magicians of Egypt-stripped Pharaoh of his power-humiliated Egypt's god's-and brought Israel out from slavery to freedom.

You too, have a rod in your hand: your Bible. If you can understand it's unlimited potential, you can use your Bible as Moses used his rod: to extend God's authority into any situation where Satan opposes the people and the purposes of God.

Over the past three years Ruth and I have been fighting a continuing war against Satan, who has opposed us and our ministry in many different ways. His primary goal has been to kill Ruth. In this war the Holy Spirit has taught us how to take the Bible as our rod and extend God's authority through it into every area where Satan has been opposing us.

The Holy Spirit has led us systematically t Scripture after Scripture, and has shown us how to direct them to each area where Satan has been opposing us. The strategy which the Holy Spirit has taught us is:

PROCLAIM!

THANK!

PRAISE!

First; PROCLAIM the appropriate Scripture with bold, unwavering confidence. To make this fully effective, we often personalize the passage we quote, making any grammatical changes needed to apply it personally to ourselves. For instance, where the Bible say's, "you," we change it to "I" or "we."

The second step is to accept the Scripture we have proclaimed as true, even before we see it's actual outworking in any situation. The natural result of this is to THANK God for it.

This leads logically to the third step: loud, jubilant PRAISE.

In Song of Solomon 6:4 Solomon depicts Christ's Bride, the Church, as "awesome as an army with banners." Under these three banners -PROCLAMATION, PRAISE, THANKSGIVING- we have been able to drive out the hosts of darkness and enter into the freedom which God has appointed for us as His believing people.

The scriptural proclamation in this article have been tested and tried in our own experience. The passage we have memorized have been taken from the particular version that the Holy Spirit has made "alive" to us. Unless otherwise indicated, this is The New King James. Where we have felt it appropriate to make significant changes in the wording, this has been indicated by an asterisk (*).

The Scriptures are grouped under nine main headings:

  1. Righteousness and Holiness
  2. Health and Strength
  3. Guidance, Protection, Preservation
  4. God's Intervention in Human Affairs
  5. Testing and Trail
  6. Spiritual Conflict
  7. Perfect Redemption
  8. Mental and Emotional Stability
  9. Serving God
Finally, at the end, there are three comprehensive proclamations which are "special favorites" of ours.

To receive the maximum benefit from these Scriptures, here are three simple steps to follow:

Ask the Holy Spirit to make "alive" to you the special Scriptures which are appropriate to your particular situation.
Read these Scriptures through many times-out loud, if possible.
Gradually proceed from reading aloud to systematic memorization. This is a natural step. The Hebrew expression for "to learn by heart" is "to learn by mouth."

As you read the words aloud, they gradually become imprinted on your memory.

After a while, you will probably find other Scriptures. which the Holy Spirit makes "alive" for you in a special way. Write down your personal prayers and proclamations at the end the each section.

Ruth and I pray that these Scriptures will do as much for you as they have done for us. They have made the difference between defeat and victory!

He also studied Hebrew and Aramaic, both at Cambridge University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In addition, he speaks a number of other modern languages.
While serving with the British army in World War II, he began to study the Bible and experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ. Out of this encounter he formed two conclusions: first, that Jesus Christ is alive; second, that the Bible is a true, relevant, up-to-date book. These conclusions altered the whole course of his life. Since then, he has devoted his life to studying and teaching the Bible.

2012 / 5772
TIME TO BUILD GOD'S HOUSE

by Natasha Grbich & Beverley Watkins| February 2012

This is the year of God’s House! In fact the whole millennium of 2000 is about God’s house. In Hebrew the number 2, ( ב ) is also the hebrew letter B. This letter means house. So in this second millennium, God is focused on His House. The word beit comes from a word ben meaning a son and both words come from the root word banah meaning to build. The house of God is being built by His sons!

We are also in the Hebrew year 5772. It is the decade of ayin ( ע ) which means eye. There are many interpretations of this, but I believe that it is a decade where The eyes of the Lord run to and from throughout the earth to show HImself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. (2 Chronicles 16:9). With this understanding of God’s focus in this millennium and decade, let us now look more closely at the current year.

Last year we explained at Rosh Hashanah that the Jewish year of 5772 was about God’s House. The 2 ( ב ) or beit is prominent this year indicating God’s focus on His house. Let’s look at it more closely:
5 - hei (ה ) behold, to look, mark, measure, take note
7 - zayin (ז ) a sword, a weapon There are 2 number 7’s in this year so we see a double weapon being formed.
2 - beit ( ב ) house
Behold a double weapon coming out of the house this year. A double edged sword is being released out of the house. Judgement and glory. War will be fought from the house and we will overcome as a house. This is a biblical pattern. In Judges 5:14 - 20, we read how the different tribes reported to fight as a unit. They fought in their tribes. Even the stars fought in their courses or houses. (verse 20). God intends for us to be part of a corporate body and to overcome the enemy TOGETHER. In 5772, you need to find the house you are assigned to and be set into it. God is setting up our victories for us, but they will be given to houses and not individuals.

This emphasis on corporate identity is carried over into the gregorian year of 2012. The numbers again draw a picture for us:
2 - beit ( ב ) house (with the millennial understanding that the sons must build the house)
0 - ayin ( ע ) eye, vision
1 - aleph (א ) the strong one, the leader, the ox
2 - beit ( ב ) house
I believe the interpretation of this is 2 fold. In 2012 the sons that are building the house must set their eyes on the Strong One, the Righteous Ox, Jesus who is Head of His house. For the pattern of the House is in Him. As we behold the Lamb, slain from the foundation of the world, we will receive our assignments in the building of His House.
At the same time, the house will receive God’s vision and building plans through the leader /apostle /father of the house. God gives His blueprints for building to the fathers and they will give them to the sons (1 Chronicles 28:10 - 12). Apostles are receiving the blueprints as master builders and they will commission the sons into their assignments this year.

The symbolic meaning of the number 12 is government. This year, we are going to see an emergence of God’s government. The dictionary defines government as ‘the system by which a nation, state or community is governed’ and ‘the action or manner of controlling or regulating a nation, people or organization’. God’s government is therefore how God governs or regulates His people. As apostles are being established in their identity and authority, God’s pattern for biblical government is also being established.

The number 12 in Hebrew is lamed ( ל )means to learn and to teach. The pictograph is a shepherd’s rod. Lamed is about the rod that comforts and protects us. We feel the rod of rebuke and discipline to bring correction and we feel the protection of the rod keeping us in position and on track with what God is speaking. As patterns, blueprints and instructions are being released from heaven this year, we will need to remain humble and teachable as we have not been this way before.

All in all, 2012 is going to be a watershed year for the Body of Christ. God’s house is being established and we are the living stones that are being built into the walls. Let us keep our eyes stayed on Him as we are SET in the House, made part OF the House and commissioned OUT of the house!

Eight dead people came back to life

Monday, September 12, 2011
Surprise Sithole has prayed for 8 dead people who came back to life! Those under him prayed for more than 100 dead people who have come back to life! Is it possible that you and I can tap into such miraculous power?

Surprise "Supressa" Sithole was called by the Lord Jesus Christ at a young age of 15 when the Lord told him to leave everything behind, follow Jesus and preach the gospel wherever he went. Leaving his family and all possession, he took up his cross to follow the Lamb wherever He goes and has never looked back since.

In 1997, God sovereignly connected Surprise with Heidi and Rolland Baker of IRIS Ministries. Surprise now serves as the International Director of Pastors for IRIS Ministries where he helps oversee the rapidly spreading revival in southern African which has witnesses close to 7,000 new churches being birthed since 2000.

Surprise loves Jesus more than life itself. This all consuming passion drives him to the darkest and most unreached areas of the world with one desire alone - to see the glory of the Lord cover the earth as the waters cover the sea (Hab 2:14). With a special impartation to catalyze revival fire all over the world, Surprise is often sent by the Bakers to stir an unquenchable hunger for Him and the harvest. Surprise is married to Trythina, and they have three sons. The Sithole's live in Nelspruit, South Africa where they direct the work of IRIS-Africa and Partners In Harvest.

Did Jesus Rise from the Dead?

Did Jesus Rise from the Dead?

In the fourth sermon in the “Vintage Jesus” series, Pastor Mark provides biblical, circumstantial and historical evidence for the resurrection of Jesus.

Jesus Christ. No one is more loved and hated than Jesus Christ. The name Jesus is derived from the Old Testament name Joshua, which means, “Yahweh God is salvation.” The title Christ means one
chosen and anointed by God to be the Messiah who delivers God’s
people.

Roughly two thousand years ago, Jesus was born in a dumpy, rural, hick town, not unlike those today where guys change their own oil, think pro wrestling is real, find women who chew tobacco sexy, and
eat a lot of Hot Pockets with their uncle-daddy. Jesus’ mom was a poor, unwed teenage girl who was mocked for claiming she conceived via the Holy Spirit. Most people thought she concocted a crazy story to coverthe “fact” she was knocking boots with some guy in the backseat of a car at the prom. Jesus was adopted by a simple carpenter named Joseph and spent the first thirty years of his life in obscurity, swinging a hammer with his dad.

Around the age of thirty, Jesus began a public ministry that included preaching, healing the sick, feeding the hungry, and befriending social misfits such as perverts, drunks, and thieves. Jesus’ ministry spanned
only three short years before he was put to death for declaring himself to be God. He died by shameful crucifixion like tens of thousands of people before and after him.

At first glance, Jesus’ résumé is rather simple. He never traveled more than a few hundred miles from his home. He never held a political office, never wrote a book, never married, never had sex, never attended
college, never visited a big city, and never won a poker tournament. He died both homeless and poor.

Nonetheless, Jesus is the most famous person in all of human history.More songs have been sung to him, artwork created of him, and books written about him than anyone who has ever lived. In fact, Jesus
looms so large over human history that we actually measure time by him; our calendar is divided into the years before and after his birth, noted as b.c. (“before Christ”) and a.d. (anno Domini, meaning “in the
year of the Lord”), respectively.

No army, nation, or person has changed human history to the degree that Jesus, the homeless man, has. Some two thousand years after he walked the earth, Jesus remains as hot as ever. In fact, as Paul
promised in 2 Corinthians 11:3–4, the opinions about Jesus are countless in seemingly every area of culture.

JESUS OF JESUS.
Who exactly is Jesus? Is he a good man or God, the half-brother of Lucifer or a prophet, liar or truth-teller, therapist or communist, stand-up comic or just my uber-fly, holy homeboy? So much has been said about Jesus that it only seems appropriate to let Jesus speak for himself.

Therefore, we will examine ten ways by which Jesus flatly said he is the
only God.

Is Jesus The Only God?

Vintage Jesus: Is Jesus The Only God?

Jesus claimed to be God, but is his claim exclusive, or is Jesus one of many gods through him we find salvation?

“You, being a man, make yourself God.”

What makes Jesus superior to other saviors?

In light of numerous idols in the world today that promise salvation, Pastor Mark explains that Jesus is the only true Savior who can save us from our plight. He then goes on to explain how Jesus saves and what He is able to save us from.

About Vintage JesusSome two thousand years after he walked the earth, Jesus Christ is still a hot topic. And for all the ridiculous, twisted, Da Vinci Code-esque conspiracy theories and lies about Jesus that have permeated popular culture and even the academy over the years, the truth about his character, nature, and work has not changed. So what exactly is the truth about Jesus Christ?

That's the question the authors of Vintage Jesus seek to answer by breaking it down into a number of sub-questions about Jesus, including Is Jesus the only God? Why did Jesus come to earth? Did Jesus rise from death? Why should we worship Jesus? and others. Nonbelievers and new Christians looking to sit down and delve into the topic of Jesus, asking the toughest, most confounding questions they can think of, will find solid, biblical answers presented in a relevant, accessible way.
